We wish to inform you, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 679/2016, that the information and data gathered by the Becchetti Angelo BAL S.r.l. (“Data Controller”) will be processed in compliance with the above provisions and with the obligations of confidentiality provided by the Law.
Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations carried out even without the aid of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, editing, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.
According to the provisions of the Code, the processing of data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

Personal data shall not be disseminated. According to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter (e) of GDPR, we hereby inform you that the following individuals and/or categories of individuals shall process the data as data processors or persons in charge of the processing: technicians in charge of the management of our internal electronic networks.
According to the Italian Data Protection Code, for the purposes above the BAL s.r.l. may not gather the interested subject’s consent, since according to art. 6 and 7 of GDPR the processing pursues the aim of answering to specific requests sent by the interested subject.
In any case, should the you not provide the data, the consequence shall be that of making impossible for the Becchetti Angelo BAL S.r.l. to provide the requested answers.

Art. 15 (Right of access by the data subject)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
the purposes of the processing;
the categories of personal data concerned;
the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
Where personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organisation, the data subject shall have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 relating to the transfer.
